Dylan, The Who to Rock Twin Cities in November

Bob Dylan and The Who, two of the biggest names in rock history, will perform separate concerts in the Twin Cities in November.

Dylan will bring his Never Ending Tour to Xcel Energy Center on Nov. 7. He's releasing his 35th studio album, "Tempest," on Sept. 11. No ticket details have been announced yet. He last played in the Twin Cities in 2008.

The Who - well, originals Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey and a crew of additional players - will perform the 1973 rock opera "Quadrophenia" in its entirety on Nov. 27 at Target Center. The group last offered that album in concert in 1996-97. The Hall of Famers also promise to perform some of their classic tunes, as well, on this tour. The Who last appeared in the Twin Cities in 2006 when Daltrey was sick and cut the show short.

Tickets, priced from $39.50 to $129.50, will go on sale July 27.
